1)    Step 1: Refer information about the products

a)    Look up images and other information on the website.

b)    Prices of the products are located below its page or can be found in the “Price and Information” section.

2)    Step 2: Prepare the order, sending the order

a)    Download the order form in the “Download” section, fill out the form and the amount of products you want to order then send the form to us by E-mail.

b)    Or you can also create an order form by yourself then send the form to us by E-mail.

3)    Step 3: Confirming order information

a)    When we receive the form by E-mail, we will also check the form, create an Order Confirm E-mail and send it to you to confirm the order information.

4)    Step 4: Payment

a)    You will transfer the payment to us then send us a receipt through E-mail to notify us.

5)    Step 5: Receiving Money - Delivery

a)    When we received the money, we will send an E-mail to notify you we received the money.

b)    We prepare the goods (time from 3 to 2 weeks depending on the order value).

c)    We will also start delivering goods to you just like what you agreed in the Order Confirm E-mail.

6)    Step 6: Notifying delivery – receiving goods

a)    When the delivery is complete, we will send you an E-mail to notify you the delivery is completed.

b)    After receiving the goods, you should send us a mail to inform us that you have received and your level of satisfaction about the product you have received.
