  1. Step 1: Refer information about the products
    1. Look up images and other information on the website.
    2. Prices of the products are located below its page or can be found in the “Support/Price list” section.


  1. Step 2: Prepare the order, sending the order
    1. a) Download the order form in the “Support / Download” section. The file when downloaded is an Excel file but has been compressed. You need to right-click on the file and select the "Extract Here" command to extract it into an Excel file.
    2. b) Fill in the information and quantity in the item code you want to order and then send the order to us by E-mail.
    3. Or you can also create an order form by yourself then send the form to us by E-mail.


  1. Step 3: Confirming order information
    1. When we receive the form by E-mail, we will also check the form, create an Order Confirm E-mail and send it to you to confirm the order information.


  1. Step 4: Payment
    1. You will transfer the payment to us then send us a receipt through E-mail to notify us.


  1. Step 5: Receiving Money - Delivery
    1. When we received the money, we will send an E-mail to notify you we received the money.
    2. We prepare the goods (time from 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the order value).
    3. We will also start delivering goods to you just like what you agreed in the Order Confirm E-mail.


  1. Step 6: Notifying delivery – receiving goods
    1. When the delivery is complete, we will send you an E-mail to notify you the delivery is completed.
    2. After receiving the goods, you should send us a mail to inform us that you have received and your level of satisfaction about the product you have received.
